Presentation will not load, freezes, blank screens.

The easiest way to solve this is to simply switch to a different internet browser, like Google Chrome. This error occurs if there is a communication timeout between your computer and our server. You will need to delete your temporary internet files. After, you will be required to restart your computer.

To delete your temporary internet files, choose your browser below:

Microsoft Internet Explorer 10
1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. Click Tools in the left menu bar (if opened) or click on the Gear icon in the right toolbar.
3. Click Internet Options and choose the General tab.
4. Click the Delete... button under the "Browsing History" section.
5. Make sure you uncheck "Preserve Favorites Website Data" at the top of this window.
6. Make sure you check all options below "Preserve Favorites Website Data".
7. Click the Delete button.
- Deleting files could take a while if you have a lot of files and history.
8. Click OK to close window.

Microsoft Edge
1. Open Microsoft Edge.
2. Click The Menu Button in the upper toolbar (the three dots at the top right corner).
3. Select Settings.
4. Click the Choose What to Clear tab.
5. Make sure Browsing history and Cached data and files is checked.
6. Click Clear.
7. Exit and re-launch the browser.
8. If the page is not loading, use a different browser, like Google Chrome or Internet Explorer.

Mozilla Firefox
1. Click The Menu Icon in the upper toolbar and select History.
2. Click Clear Recent History.
3. Select Time range to clear (drop down menu) and select Everything.
4. Click Details to choose what history elements to clear.
- e.g. cache and cookies
5. Click the Clear Now button.
6. Exit and re-launch the browser.

1. Open Safari.
2. Click the History tab in the top menu bar.
3. Select “Clear History and Website Data”.
4. Choose what history and other elements to clear - usually “All History”.
5. Click the Clear History.
6. Exit and re-launch the browser.

Google Chrome

1. Open Chrome.
2. Click More on the browser toolbar. (Three dots at the top right corner).
3. Scroll to the bottom and click "Advanced".
4. Go to More Tools and then click Clear browser data.
5. Select the Clear browsing data.
6. Select the items you want to clear (make sure cached images and files is checked).
You can choose the time range for which you want to clear cached information from the Clear data from this period drop-down menu. To clear your entire cache, select All time.
7. Click Clear data.
8. Close tab.
9. Exit and re-launch the browser.
